freelancer’s union

So i’ve been off and on doing freelance web development for quite a bit of people for the past few years (sapling systems, growth accelerated partners, black notebook r&d, caritas of austin, progress coffee, collective leap, aclu of austin via andrea, etc), but as of three weeks I’ve been working full-time for a nonprof group called the Freelancers Union which does advocacy work for independent workers (who constitute 30% of the workforce in the states). Additionally, they sell health/dental/retirement insurance to said workers for super cheap (which would have been good to know during those four years :) ).
